I have dealt with muscle challenges for many years, I’ve overcome most of those challenges. A new physical symptom came up recently with circulation challenges which caused feet, hand and even face swelling and water retention. A new symptom for me, common for other people. As I dug into the physical energetic needs o clear this, some interesting emotions came up - self-hatred, disgust, dislike, envy and jealousy. The journey of exploration and experience was eye opening and I’m grateful to move through it to a greater place of self-love and appreciation.
