Compulsive Overeating Diary

A total random, bonus episode as my compulsive brain tortures me during the lull between events. I take to the park to talk it out and think it through. How can I learn to consider NOT considering? Also, after emailing with Stefano and reading the news of today, I get mad about people feeling free to comment on other people's size.
