Hey everyone, We recorded this episode live as a way for the two of us to talk through and process everything that’s happened with the passing of Hana Kimura. We wanted to thank everyone who joined us in helping to create a safe and welcoming space. In essence, we wanted to allow for the exact opposite kind of online presence that led to this tragedy. If the world worked as it should, those who sent harmful messages would be held accountable. The platforms responsible for allowing that kind of vitriolic harassment would be held accountable. The list goes on. At the end of the day, Hana was a beacon of light, and one that will be missed. It never should have ended this way, and she deserved better.
