Community Evangelical Free Church

Steven Weathers is director of multicultural ministry for the EFCA. Steven and his wife, Lisa, planted One Fellowship Church (EFCA), an interethnic, socioeconomically diverse congregation serving the North Shore/Chicago suburbs. Steven served periodically as an adjunct professor and REACH instructor at Trinity International University while completing his PhD in Intercultural Studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School where his interests surround how race, ethnicity and culture operate within the evangelical church.
