Lou absolutely devoured the book because Frances Dinkelspiel is a marvelous storyteller, but also, this book mixes the history of winemaking in California — and, one of the most outrageous wine crimes ever — with a very personal quest to find out if the loss of a priceless family heirloom can ever be truly reconciled. Then, after Meredith Griffin read the book, it was obvious that these two were going to need to talk about it with their listeners!
