It's not easy to scale the unscalable, but in order to do so, you need to really try and engage with your employees to enforce the type of culture you want to see at your company. Work culture stems from top down and it's up to the leaders to be an example for the type of environment they want at their company. To me, good culture means spreading kindness. It’s about connection, people caring about one another. It’s about people having self awareness, so they care about other people as well.
