The third Talking Japan podcast is the first recording from the series on changes in Japan’s energy policy. Marcin Socha talks about the origins of Japanese nuclear energy program and introduces the term "nuclear village". Nuclear village describes representatives of pro-nuclear groups whose priority is to expand the nuclear power in Japan at all costs. The aim of the podcast is to provide listeners with background information o n the most important players participating in the discourse on nucler power in Japan.
