Joe Marrocco is a living legend in the coffee world. He is responsible for the beginning of the Mill City Roaster Schools videos, he is a speaker at almost every SCA or Coffee expo in the U.S., and he is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to everything scientific about coffee.
