Ajay started his career as a regional manager in one of the largest home-grown personal care companies in India. He immigrated to the UK in 1989 and secured a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on the EU and international marketing. Ajay has a long standing interest in training from his training and enterprise background and has led several transnational EU projects in the fields of International trade skills, Entrepreneurship, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, ICT and Environmental Technologies. Ajay has been involved in a wide variety of voluntary and charitable work within the primary care trust, governor in a local school, president of a community voluntary organisation, setting up scholarships for students and setting up a school in India.
