It's winter and many people are coming down with a cold, sickness and even the flu! This episode explains a breath work meditation practice developed by Dutch extremist Wim Hof I have been practicing this method for a year and have been sickness free, along with a proper balanced diet of course, all of 2019. Find out how this scientifically backed method allows you to become more in tune with your body. 1) Get comfortable and close your eyes Sit in a meditation posture, whatever is most comfortable for you. Make sure you can expand your lungs freely without feeling any constriction. It is recommended to do this practice right after waking up since your stomach is still empty. 2) Warm Up Inhale deeply. Really draw the breath in until you feel a slight pressure from inside your chest on your solar plexus. Hold this for a moment and then exhale completely. Push the air out as much as you can.
