Army veteran Scotty Darroch is getting ready to fly the flag for the British Armed Forces at the Invictus Games. The Paralympic style sports competition for wounded, injured & sick service personnel & veterans will see 15 nations battle it out in events such as swimming, power lifting & athletics. The 40 year old has been busy training for the competition with support from Phoenix House recovery centre in Catterick.
