We shifted from our lounge room to the board room of The Saturday Paper in Carlton to discuss how the hand the media have played in the marriage debate. Erik Jensen, Editor of The Saturday Paper, walked us through a particularly convoluted column from Miranda Devine, and explains why she is still writing them, what she hopes to get out of it, why it might be worrying and what impact the right wing media and the left wing media is having on marriage equality.
