Erin Oechsel (@erinoech) and I connected after I noticed a familiar face in her new web series, 'NewB!' Nathan Stark is an actor in New York and grew up next door to me. (He is featured in episode 2, btw) I was curious to see how Erin took her vision for this web series from a fledgling idea to the final product. All 6 episodes of 'NewB' have now been released! Watch: http://newbthewebseries.com/ BIO: After moving to the big apple last spring, Erin got the idea to write some stories inspired by her adventures...and rookie errors. This is her first web series. She made her first TV appearance last fall on an episode of Chicago PD. Some of her acting credits include shows at The Steppenwolf Theatre, Drury Lane Theater, Actors Theater of Indiana and Farmers Alley. She won the Kennedy Center Distinguished Performance by an Actress in a Musical award for her role in The Circus in Winter.
