It is apparent that the connection between ADULTS and our YOUTH are drawing distant. Growing up I looked to my parents, mentors, teachers, elders, etc. as SUPERHEROES!  They were the epitome of what I wanted to be like, act like, dress like and SO MUCH MORE! However, it seems that in the midst of this GENERATIONAL SHIFT.....adults now have lost sight of their wants, goals, aspirations and dreams. More and more we see our adults STRESSED, OVERWHELMED, OVERWORKED, UNDERVALUED, MISTREATED all the while trying to show up POWERFULLY for our youth. This is a CALL TO ACTION (CTA) for any parent, mentor, coach, teacher, leader, business owner, etc. WE NEED TO KEEP FANNING OUR FLAME to show up as examples to our YOUTH How to love How to be confident How to be resourceful How to care How to add value How to be humble yet know YOUR WORTH This 10 step method I share with you on this episode will allow you to KEEP FANNING YOUR FLAME and understand that by continuing to strive for your goals our youth will follow suit
