 The culture I was brought up in emphasized judgment, criticism, materialism, competitions, ratings, image and every other superficial thing you can imagine. Now I'm not here to be one of those people complaining about society, but I wanted to write about how I was able to escape this life of shallowness and actually truly love everyone. Not that I sit around and think about how much I love people and all the reasons why, it's more, I have established an energetic flow within myself. There is no conflict within, and so there is no conflict without. I don't judge myself, and so I do not judge others. I love myself, and so natural all I can do is love others.  For no other reason then I have become love. A light bulb doesn't have a reason to shine light, it's just a light bulb, shining light is all it knows how to do.
