It's Thursday with that throwback Memories come rushin back Like Thor's day with a thunder crack Let's let the scene fade to black I was thirteen and fat And really depressed Kids were mean, gave me crap Adolescence, you know the rest I had no essence Or experience with pain I had no lessons On how to care for my brain No class on meditation No talk of why we move What a waste of education Taking classes we don't choose Who knew I could train my physique Or tame that inner voice Why didn't teachers teach That breathing deeply is choice Perhaps they themselves We're ignorant of this No knowledge to share of health Or how to find and follow your bliss But throwbacks are for the past I care about the present Both good and bad times don't last Just work and be patient ✌️ Subscribe if you wanna see this podcast thrive
