Nacco Industries Inc.'s shares are headed for their biggest gain in seven years after the company laid out a plan to revert to its past focus on coal production. Nacco said it would spin off its housewares business as Hamilton Beach Brands sometime his quarter. The breakup follows the 2012 spinoff of Nacco's lift-truck unit as Hyster-Yale Materials Handling Inc., which is publicly traded.
