Raptiva PML Brain Disease Risk

Informações:

Sinopsis

Raptiva, a Genentech drug used for the treatment of moderate to severe psoriasis, has been linked to a rare but potentially deadly brain infection called progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML). In February 2009, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced that it was investigating recent reports of Raptiva causing three deaths from PML and other severe cases of the disease in people taking the drug. If you or a loved one has developed PML or suffered another injury while taking Raptiva, you may be entitled to financial compensation for your medical bills, pain and suffering, and other damages. If a love one has died as the result of taking Raptiva, you and your loved ones may qualify for damages to compensate you for the wrongful death. At Mark & Associates, P.C. our aggressive, experienced personal injury and consumers' rights attorneys are dedicated to helping people who are injured by dangerous drugs, including Raptiva.
