Zac fills in as the host since Benson is literally swamped at work. This "best of" show features three segments from the early years of BTG: first, a 2015 clip in which Benson describes how the show originated. Then, a 2016 interview with former world champion MMA fighter Chad Robichaux, who's now with the Mighty Oaks Warrior Foundation, helping soldiers suffering from PTSD as they transition back to civilian life. Finally, a 2015 interview with former Yankees addiction Intervention Director Ron Dock.
