SHINE ON - THE HEALTH AND HAPPINESS SHOW

Did you see this viral video?  A tall beautiful woman in her 60's was talking about body image.  She mentioned dating a younger man who wouldn't be seen with her in public.  She was very open and honest,  and through the course of her talk she stripped down to her underwear,  looking regal and confident! The woman  casually mentioned on of the things that helped her reclaim her sense of self was SRT Therapy. She said there was a man on the other end of the phone on the other end of the country with his charts and pendulum clearing up past issues. Now, I feel pretty "clean" in terms of "stuff" but there's been one sniggly issue that's followed me around for life. I rarely stick up for myself in any way that's mature and effective.
