In this week"s episode inside Cafe Conversation, Ms. Teena Ray Founder of Believe and Faith Transitional Housing, provides some helpful and life saving tips and information on how you can get help and get out of a domestic violence situation.  She, and her sister are making a continued effort to not only save lives, but to improve the quality of life as well of all whom they help. This episode comes right on time and in lue of my interview with Martikia Brown of the "Brused But Not Broken" story, who coincidently lost her cousin the day her episode aired, to domestic violence. Domestic violence is real and the rate of people being effected is steadily growing, but it's up to us as a community to help put a stop to this type of violence.   1 out of 3 women and 1 out of every 4 men fall victim to domestic violence in the U.S..
