The first email is from a viewer who works in the fast food industry and was climbing the corporate ladder, but now feels like he’s no longer moving forward, and his superiors don’t seem to be helping him to advance. He has a side business he’s been thinking about starting, but still hasn’t taken action because he’s unsure of what to do next. The second email is from a guy who is still hurting emotionally after his girlfriend of five years up and left him.
