In Episode 7 we welcome our very special guest, Debi Listhaeghe- Kourtni’s mom!  Debi has recently retired from teaching and to celebrate her retirement Kourtni & Debi kicked off her first “free” September with a trip to Europe.  We discuss what it’s like traveling as a mom & daughter, is there a generation gap that makes things tricky? How the joys of retirement mean more travel and spending time with your family. How did they get around... flying is easiest/ cheapest. How did they navigate? Is Kourtni too trusting? Yes. Is Debi too worrisome? Yes. Did they find a balance? Yes.  On their itinerary we brief the 5 countries they covered in 2.5 weeks:   Berlin - Krakow & Aushwitz - Prague - over to London & up to Leeds to see friends (inc.
