My biggest fear is being elderly, and trying to survive off of social security income. The educational system will teach you how to save money, but wont teach you how to make it. So many people were sold on the lie that the government was going to take care of them if they worked until they were at least 65, then retired. They were going to give them Social Security deposits each month to live, the truth is, you cannot live off of it.
