       Jason and Matt listen to the debut album from Real Estate on Woodsist Records. A perfect summertime, country cocktail, chill out record. Ernest and humble, three friends from high school know each other well enough to get to this celebration of the mundane. Unapologetically suburban, they waste the days away on the razor's edge of building up the tempo or making any kind of statement about the world. Matt says "they drink two beers and go to bed."
