Silent classic Salomé (1923), adapted from Oscar Wilde’s play of the Biblical tale, has become a cult favourite in recent years. We spoke to experimental Folk musician Haley Fohr about its relevance today as a story of a woman rebelling against the male gaze, and its now iconic status as a Queer film.
