We are delighted to introduce Ms Kelly Coleman on our show today. She is a special needs teacher and healthy living expert in New Jersey. She Skyeped in to discuss with us the importance of mindful living and how the incorporation of practices such as grounding and meditation and the use of essential oils, flower essences, and teas might help us balance out and recover quicker from these fast paced, hard workouts we put ourselves through in the gym. We discuss practical ways that you might incorporate some of these things in your daily routines, but you may be surprised to learn ways that you are probably already intuitively tapping into these practices!
