Joyful Living

In this day and age it seems like the sky is the limit for women. More than any other time in history, we have greater freedoms and opportunities than ever before. Are things perfect? Absolutely not. Have we made significant progress? ABSOLUTELY. With this progress, many of us are feeling (& have felt since the day we were born) the itch to create something bigger, to follow our hearts, and to endeavor on our dreams. However, this can bring up a WHIRL of emotions, insecurities, guilts and fears. The intensity can be so much that so many women still play so small and still aren't living each day fully alive and empowered. Why is this?
