After successful Teodor Fest local promoters have tried to take up the gauntlet and involved as many people as possible in harder styles. It was a very cozy party featuring all major St. Petersburg hardcore and hardstyle DJs of those times. Main concept idea was collect a mix of early childhood photos and post em on the flyer and video panorama behind djs place. Nightparty was named "Family" emphasized closed hardcore community.
