Pride is the fruit of Satan just as love is the fruit of the Spirit. If God is love, Satan is pride. Pride is a spirit sent by Satan just as the Holy Spirit was sent by the Father through Jesus. Our spiritual struggle on earth is not against anything we see with our physical eyes. Keep in mind that there are two different kingdoms in another world: a kingdom ruled by Satan and his angels, and another kingdom ruled by Christ and his angels. We all used to belong to Satan’s kingdom and were dominated by his spirit, but now we are brought into the kingdom of the Son.
