Emotional testimony and frustration at today's State Board of Education meeting, as the board discusses potential budget cuts as requested by state lawmakers. Last week, the Utah State Legislature asked the board to recommend a $300 million cut to public education. It’s led to a huge response from students and educators from across the state, many of whom are concerned about what’s going to be cut.
