I started from the beginning again and I'm on episode 3 and it's reminding me how much power our thoughts have and what they create. But I'm realizing that right now I'm where I'm at because of my thoughts in the past year. But a good reminder that I need to change my mindset ASAP! I've been trying to listen from the beginning while I'm working in my office. I've been in such a bad place mentally the past 6 or 7 months and have been fighting to change my mindset so I decided to start over with the podcasts since it's been a while since I heard your first ones. I'm trying to listen as much as I can throughout the day. It's frustrating when you know all this AND have lived it and can attest that it works but you're doing the complete opposite of what you know.
