A couple nights ago I had the extreme pleasure of sitting down with two of my most favorite people, Sandy and James Hughes, owners of my favorite coffee spot in all of Austin, Stouthaus Coffee Pub. In this episode we talk about building community, starting a family business, and the balance between romance and reality when working with the one you love. James and Sandy have owned and operated Stouthaus Coffee for the last five years, with their brick and mortar coffee pub having it's 4th(!) birthday this September.
