There are problems in life that nothing other than the Word Of God can solve. Elijah ran for his life after he was threatened with sudden death by Jezebel, the wife of King Ahab of Israel. He ran to mount Horeb, the mount of God! All he needed was a Word from God. A miracle would not do. A sign would not do either. While he was in that mountain there were three distinct signs. There was a wind storm so powerful that it split rocks around Elijah. After that, an earthquake, and after that a fire, but God was not in any of those signs and they couldn’t get Elijah’s attention until the still small voice sounded from Heaven. It was the voice of God. You can’t live by a miracle, but you can live by the Word! Regardless of the noise around you, God can get you out of anything and he’s word for you today is that you are getting back up again!
