Derek & Melanie Coburn co-founded the Washington DC “un-networking” group Cadre in 2011, with an intent to turn business networking on its head. Melanie, who ran marketing for the Washington Redskins cheerleaders, and Derek, a financial advisor, set about creating a community for entrepreneurs, CEO and professionals that would change the game of business.
