It's Food this week. We're going on a rant (Well, Dominic is) about garlic not being used much in Italian cuisine. Also we examine his obsession with chicken vesuvio. But most of all, we're running through the list of popular Italian-American dishes that are unknown in Italy. Can they truly be called Italian? Are they Stateside creations only?
