As we kick off our new series, Rise Up, Pastor Zach reminds us that Peter was writing to Christians in a hostile culture—not to shrink back, but to step up in faith. He shared that while life is hard, hope is available through Jesus, and because of that, hopeful living is possible even in difficult times. God begins his encouragement to us not with commands, but with hope, showing us his heart and his power to sustain us.
