In this session, Andrew Selley unpacks leading in team, even when the team is not in full agreement. In plurality, elders bring diverse perspectives, and together, seek God’s will. Though the team has a leader, his strength lies in the accountability and insight of his team. Even in disagreement, we reflect the humility of Jesus—submitting, serving, and seeking unity.
