The Sisters Kavanagh, Joyce, June and Paula, are three sisters born into a large family of ten children in the late 1950s and early 1960s, raised in a disadvantaged area of Dublin. From the age of three or four and throughout their teenage years, they endured daily sexual abuse at the hands of their father. In 1989, they made the courageous decision to bring charges against him.
