The New York Mets blew another lead and fell to the Atlanta Braves by a final of 4-3. When it's not one thing, it's another for this team right now. Kodai Senga gave the Mets the best start they've seen in over a week, going 5.2 IP and allowing just two earned runs. The Mets offense, led by a Brandon Nimmo sac-fly and a Pete Alonso RBI single, took back the lead in the bottom of the 6th inning. Ryan Helsley was giving his normal 8th inning assignment and proceeded to give up the lead and that was that for New York. Another series loss for the Mets and their 13th loss in their last 15 games.
