We are taught that we are suppossed to be nice people. What does nice mean?  Can we be too nice?  When does nice cross over into doormat?   Being told: You are not very nice, hits us in the solar plexus doesn't it?  Feels really uncomfortable.  Has Nice become a four letter word?  Do you feel it a challenge to say NO?  Does guilt and the "shoulds" cause you to say yes when you should have said no?   Lets explore being nice and how to not become a martyr or a victim.  How to have healthy boundaries and put yourself first.  Not an easy thing to do.  Takes practice and understanding yourself at a soul level.
