Please welcome Kiara Perico to the Yoga to Cope podcast! Kiara is a wonderful example of someone with a unique and beautiful upbringing who turned an interest in creative expression into a very unique and exciting career in music. As a touring strings player (Viola and Violin) Kiara has played on tours for the likes of Ariana Grande, Adele, and Panic! at the Disco, among others, and plays for productions, shows, and events solo + with her quartet, Orchid Quartet. Kiara is also a lover of yoga and recently completed her advanced training, making her 500 hours certified. She shares about her upbringing and education, when and how yoga came into her life and stayed in a very resourceful and affordable way, and speaks candidly about her father's recent passing.
