Well, that's one way to bounce back. Behind two Pete Alonso home runs, the New York Mets defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers, 6-1. Alonso hit home runs number 13 and 14 on the season, including a 447 foot MOONSHOT that blew the game open for New York. After hitting just 4 HR's in May, he's hit three already to start June. Griffin Canning was excellent for the Mets, putting together six scoreless innings in a huge bounce back from his last two outings. With the win, the Mets now take the season series from LA.
