Well, that could have gone better. The first Subway Series game of 2025 did not go the way of the New York Mets, as they fell by a final score of 6-2. Tylor Megill's May meltdown continued tonight, as he was unable to finish three innings giving up 4 runs and walking five in his 2+ innings of work. The Mets offense did attempt to put together a rally, and forced the Yankees to go to Luke Weaver in a four-run game, but didn't have a whole lot else.
