Sinopsis
Everton produced a spectacular comeback to defeat Fulham 3-1 at Craven Cottage in glorious sunshine by the Thames after being on the back foot for most of the first 45 minutes. A powerful header from Raul Jimenez on 17 minutes put the hosts in front and they continued to boss proceedings for the lion’s share of the first half before the Blues got back into the contest with a slice of good fortune when Vitalii Mykolenko’s deflected shot deceived Bernd Leno. Everton went ahead on 70 minutes when substitute Dwight McNeil’s corner-kick was headed in at the back post by Michael Keane, who had come into the side as one of four changes, before Beto completed the turnaround three minutes later as his shot proved too hot to handle for Leno. Join Ian Croll, Joe Thomas and Dan Haygarth for the Monday edition of the Royal Blue podcast as they react to the 3-1 win against Fulham.
