Corson's Journey

My name is Corson Searles, founder of Identity Shift Hockey. We help hockey players unlock NHL-level confidence, hockey IQ, and preparation so they can move up levels and maximize their careers. I played 20 years (AA, AAA, Junior A, B, C, NCAA D3) and now coach players in pro (AHL, ECHL, Sweden D2, Norway D1), college (NCAA D1, D3, ACHA), junior (USHL, BCHL, NAHL, NCDC, AJHL, SJHL, NOJHL, USPHL, EHL), AAA, and prep leagues. We focus on mastering the mental side: confidence, decision-making, leadership, communication, and preparation. Since 2022, 80% of players who worked with us for 3+ months moved up levels, with success stories including AHL ice time, NCAA contracts, and junior promotions.
