Kate is an experienced leader in the DFV and Children’s Service sector and has led NSW state programs as well as operational and clinical leadership in NFP organisations. Kate is experienced in practice and clinical leadership, staff development and coaching, practice frameworks and programming. Kate thrives in sector engagement, strategic thinking and advocacy.  Kate is a published author, podcast and conference presenter and sits on an editorial board for a Children’s Practice Journal.
