Initialy performed on Suspense (1942-1962), Nobody Loves Me starring Peter Lorre aired on August 30th, 1945 as the 156th episode of Suspense's 945 episode run. The script has since fallen into the public domain, and can now be performed by radio theatres across the board. Originaly, this cast starred the likes of Peter Lorre as Joe Reeze, Sharon Douglas as Peggy Steward, Joe Kearns as Signature Voice/Police Sergeant, Wally Maher as Police Captain, Ruth Perrott as Aut Ella, Conrad Binyon as Joe (youth), Joel Davis as Alex, and Horace Willard as Horace. The story follows a disturbed man who walks into a police station flashing a gun. He forces the officers inside to listen to his life story of torturing and killing animals for pleasure. He hints that he will reveal how and where he murdered a young woman, but he won't tell the police anything until they listen to his full story - through and through.  The story was written by Herbert Clyde Lewis and adapted by Silvia Richards. In 1937, the episode was pu
