This question is in response to episode 381 where Doug talks about praying to the father instead of Christ. When Doug mentions how he used to picture the father as angry and Jesus pleading don’t smite them, I died for them. I related to this so much. I catch myself constantly trying to picture god differently but it’s hard to do that sometimes, to reconcile the god of the Old Testament. I usually just default to Jesus because i picture him as love so much easier. Can you guys describe god how you genuinely see him and do you picture him any differently than Jesus?
