Each daughter had different levels of commitment to tennis but all pursued their love of the game into college. While the two oldest Clarks played at the club level in college, the youngest, Gabrielle, went on to Emory University where she played the top position in both singles and doubles and won the NCAA DIII Singles Championship not once but twice in her four years in Atlanta.Throughout her daughters' developmental years, Vi became involved in the sport as a valuable volunteer, starting with the Love to Serve Tennis and Education Foundation and eventually moving into her current role on the National Board of the USTA.
